Cecile’s Writers Foundation is proud to announce that it is now officially open to submissions of short story fiction from intercultural authors.
As the Foundation is a nonprofit organization seeking to establish a free online literary magazine for readers, a minor fee is asked for each submission to cover costs and to pay authors whose work is selected and published in the magazine. All details can be found on the ‘Submit Your Work‘ page.
