I love the Internet. You can find practically anything on it – including videos and films of authors being interviewed or documented or addressing a room full of graduating students. These are some of my favorites:
Ray Bradbury: Story of a Writer by David L. Wolper
A nicely old fashioned black & white documentary (the kind where the narrator enunciates every syllable). Check out where Mr. Bradbury writes, that’s exactly what I always picture a writers study should look like!
Neil Gaiman Addresses the University of Arts Class of 2012
This address is really inspiring, not only to writers.
Bill Moyers interview with Ursula K. LeGuin about “Lathe of Heaven”
I’ve already mentioned this video in an earlier post but it’s just one of my favorites and always worth watching.
Hope you guys like them as much as I do!
